Who We Are
We build and implement clinical, operational and analytical systems for healthcare providers. Our focus is the unglamorous part: getting information from where it is recorded to where a decision is being made.
Healthcare software fails for predictable reasons. It is designed around a database rather than a clinical task. It assumes a process that nobody follows. It is implemented on a timeline that gives clinical teams no room to adopt it. We try to avoid each of those.

We look before we build
Discovery means watching how work actually happens, including the spreadsheets and workarounds that keep a service running.
We design with users
Configuration decisions are made with the people who will live with them, not presented to them afterwards.
We phase deployment
Clinical services cannot stop. Deployment is sequenced so no single cutover can take a whole service down.
We stay afterwards
The first weeks live tell you more than the whole design phase. We are there for them.
Compliance Posture
Our systems are built to support the obligations healthcare providers carry: role-based access, encryption in transit and at rest, complete audit trails, and reporting formatted for information governance review.
We are precise about the difference between supporting a standard and holding a certification. Our products are designed to support HIPAA, UK GDPR and NHS Data Security and Protection Toolkit requirements. Any certification we hold is listed below and can be evidenced on request.
